TARGET: They have winter snow suits & pants 75% off. I purchased 4 snow suits for $4.24 each!!!!
JCPENNYS: I went by the Louisville Pennys while I was up there and they still had a few things on the 75%-up rack. I purchased 8 pairs of jeans/pants for the boys for $1.99 each!!!!!!!!!!!
WALMART: They have a few good sale racks with 50% & up in the clothing sections. I found several polo type Wrangler short sleeve shirts for $3.00 each.
